Booking Policy

Welcome Pretty Ladies. Thanks for choosing me for your hair needs! any questions or concerns should be directed to the chat box in below right bottom corner. I respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion. All sales are final. Please be advised any concerns or issues with any service provided should be made within 48-72 hours of completed service. Only the person getting serviced should be present at time of appointment. No extra company allowed!. No kids allowed!

DEPOSIT!

Deposit on $25 is required once appointment has been approved via zelle (ambrias16@icloud.com) or cashap ($breesprettypalace $27, with an extra $2 required for cash app fee). Deposit must be sent within 24 hours of appointment being approved or else it will be cancelled. No deposit, no appointment. Deposit is applied to overall balance. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment is non refundable and will require a new deposit to reschedule.

Sundays Bree's Pretty Palace is closed. hours of operation are listed above. However you may still request to book outside hours/days. If services are approved there will be a $50 upcharge added onto service total. Wig customization can be booked any time/date. Also wig construction is a 3 day turn around unless otherwise discussed with me. If wig is needed any time before the 3 day mark (72 hours) there is an extra $50 fee required for rushed services. If early/late bookings or rushed services is needed please message me in chat box and I will create appointment for you. Thanks!

When supplying your own units/frontals for install or hair for wig customization please get hair to me 3 days prior to appointment/desired pick up date.
